It’s been doing this for over 4 hours. And I’m unable to do any editing like “Identify album” or anything.

Any info on how to get this working correctly is appreciated.

  1. Can you please provide a brief but accurate description of your setup as seen here.

  2. Have you noticed this behavior before or has this just started recently? Have you been able to import content in the past?

I’m running windows 10. Using the latest Roon version 1.2 (most latest build). Today is the first day I’ve noticed this issue. I’ve tried rebooting my computer and my NAS but the issue persists. Appears all my music is showing up, but I’m still getting the spinning wheel and can’t access “identify album” in the “edit” function.

I’m out for the evening with a band gig but please pass along any troubleshooting tips and I will hopefully get this figured out tomorrow.
