I’m afraid I don’t know that so I’ve made this a thread and flagged @support where someone can help us figure it out. As I understand it you can only connect your Remotes on the Android device and laptop after rebooting the Core on the Edge ?
Can you describe your system in more detail, as per this thread ? In particular some detail about your network and Wi-Fi Setup sounds like it might be relevant.
