Moving forward, can please confirm that you do not have any active firewalls or antivirus applications running on the mentioned Win10 device. If there are, please disable these functions temporarily and confirm if the issue persists.

Furthermore, may I very kindly ask you to please provide an expanded description of your current setup using this link as a guide.
