Roon says nothing is playing, when i try and play anything

This is new behaviour. All was working fine. QNAP tvs 682 with a dedicated SSD for the Roon server, PS Audio Nuwave.

@Michael_Shaw ---- Thank you for the report and sharing this observation you have made with us. Moving forward, to help aide in our evaluation of this behavior you are experiencing with your Roon setup may I very kindly ask you to please provide the following information:

  • Please expand on the description of your current setup using the link in David’s post above as a guide. I want to have a clearer understanding of ALL the device you are currently making use of.

  • Are you only experiencing this behavior with the single endpoint (i.e the NUWAVE) or are you noticing this when trying to play to any of your active audio zones?

  • Please verify how the Nuwave is communicating with Roon.
