The neverending logon

Hi @David_Hill ----- Thank you for the report and my apologies for the troubles here. To help aide in my evaluation of this issue, may I kindly ask you to please expand on the description of your setup as seen here.

Lastly, I would like to propose a small test to see if we can trigger a change in behavior here. Could you please try the following:

  1. Make a backup of your current DB as seen here.

  2. Once the backup has been made and is now safely saved elsewhere…

  • Navigate back to your Roon folder.

  • Rename it to something like Roon_old

  • Reinstall Roon from our website.

  • Try to log back in.
