1.3 - Scrolling down in Track view is slow

I noticed in Track view when I use the arrow keys to scroll down the response is slow and jittery. Oddly, scrolling up is nice and smooth. Any ideas?

Its only when you hold the key down. If you tap tap tap the down key it reacts appropriately. However, holding page down will let you fly down the page.
