10 minutes playing - then lose connection to roon

2. dCS Rossini to ATC speaker - works fine
3. dCS Bartok to focal Trios

Description of Issue

My newest zone, dCC Bartok to focal Trios - every time I use this system it only plays for about ten minutes then stops. I have to pick a new song and start again. I reset to factory settings - no change. I also recently had the roon updates to most recent version. I am out of ideas and wondering what to do.

Thanks for taking the time to write in! I also appreciate your patience while our team works through each thread. If possible, could you please reproduce the issue and share a specific date and time of when the issue occurs?

Do you have any third-party security software or VPNs within your network setup? I’d also confirm Roon.exe and RAATServer.exe have been added as exceptions to your firewall.

Lastly, let’s refresh your RAATserver database. You can generate a new RAATServer instance on your device by following these instructions, but please be aware that this will reset your Roon Settings → Audio Tab to factory settings and I would advise making a backup of any custom DSP settings you have:

• Create a Backup of your current Roon database
• Exit out of Roon
• Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
• Find the folder that says “RAATServer”
• Rename the “RAATServer” folder to “RAATServer_old”
• Restart the Roon App to generate a new RAATServer folder
