After updating this happened. There is nothing wrong with the network as I use a Mac mini for the core and if I open Apple Music I can see all the devices clearly through airplay.
I have restarted the router and the devices to no avail.
I am running on a dedicated MAC Mini and can’t see my audio devices, none showing. nothing has changed on my network as all the devices are still showing on other apps. Has happened since I installed this update.
Restoring from back up and restarting the Mac has not resolved the issue

System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network
Toggle Roon off and then back on as the next trouble shooting step.
I had a similar problem with Edge browser browsing local IPs from my iMac. Not sure what’s wrong with macOS 15.3.x but it’s still a little buggy with local network access.
This is an ongoing issue reported by many users and to which Roon Support appears to have no response. There is something clearly wrong with the way that Roon is working. Why does Tidal show all my devices but Roon cannot? I have restarted the Server (no luck), reset the Local Network toggle switches(no luck either). When exactly will someone at Roon figure out that constantly restarting my Mac and/or the Router is NOT a solution?
The last Roon software updates have always led to the fact that not all Ready devices such as my Arcam AVR were found afterwards and each time it only helped to restart the Roon server and possibly also the Roon Ready devices if they no longer played the sound afterwards.
It is sad that the updates fix one problem but cause new problems.
I agree , that actually seems to be the only solution - fiddling with System Network Settings, re-booting the Roon Server has no impact on my system. When does Roon Support think that the problem seems widespread enough for them to get engaged, other than asking users (please note - Subscribers!) to laboriously outline their systems & OS versions, etc which just strikes me as an attempt to try and pin the blame on anyone and anything other than the Roon operating system.
I think I had enough, I made an idiotic mistake again of updating Roon to 2.48 without waiting at least 60 days. All my local devices are gone.
And please do not start with the network, all was OK before the update.
Not sure if it helps but I had the same problem. I connect to a Bluesound Node 2i and when I launched the BluOS Controller app on the same device as the Roon Server all my devices were visible again. It has happened twice in the last couple of months when the MacOS has updated and launching BlusOS Controller has fixed it both times (you can quit BluOS Controller after you’ve reconnected audio devices). I suspect some sort of security issue with the MacOS closing ports that are needed by Roon…maybe?
Running the latest build (v2.51), and finding my Roon Ready Denon AVR-S670H sometimes disappearing from my device list, too. It’s not always powered on, while Roon is always running (and regularly restarted) on my Roon server, my Mac Studio desktop, running macOS 15.4.1 at the moment. Not clear why it disappears. Does Roon consider a device absent if it can’t connect for some period of time, I wonder?
I’ve found lately that killing and restarting all Roon processes from a terminal window, then launching the Roon app, gets the Denon to appear in my device list again.
