Not sure I shouldn’t be addressing this with Qobuz as it shows up in their client too, but Roon recommended an album to me supposedly by The Cult (a rock band or so I thought) in which I might normally be interested, however this album called Unforgivacult was most definitely not the rock band with which I am familiar, but an R&B/soul act. Clicking the artist link takes you to the rock artist. In words, there appears to be some linking of different artists going on.
