Why does RoPieee show a board temp on the Information page and a (slightly) different temp on the Devices page?

It is my wild guess that the difference is due to timing: the Information page may run a (more) real time query but the Devices tab reads values from a mDNS service that is somewhat asynchronous.
Your wild guess is correct. On the information page the temperature is instant: it fetches the temp upon reloading the page. On the device page you see information that is cached and only refreshed every 10 minutes or so.
