[How To] - Sagemcom F@st5260 - 504 Port Forwarding Issue

@connor or @benjamin: Roon ARC was unable to access my Roon Core. I have enabled UPnP on a Sagemcom F@st5260 router and this is the diagnostics readout I get:

{
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“xxxx”,“router_external_ip”:“184.58.XXX.XXX”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.1.1”,“found_upnp”:true}
}

I don’t believe I have the multiple NAT issue (and couldn’t find a bridge setup in my router anyway).

I have reviewed the ARC Port Forwarding guide and still have not resolved the issue:

ISP: Spectrum
Router: Sagemcom F@st5260
Modem: Hitron E31N2V1
No additional network hardware, like additional routers or managed switches
No VPNs, proxy servers, or enterprise-grade security

Please assist. Thanks, Doug

Fyi all. I resolved the issue by changing the port number in Roon to the port number automatically selected by UPnP automatic configuration.
