The 5G Wi-Fi scanning issue.
- Ver: RoPieee 2024.08 (1712) [STABLE]
- Kernel: 6.6.45-SPCKFSH-v7+
- Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2
- 5G Wi-Fi USB dongle: TP-LINK AC600 Wireless Realtek RTL881AU (Archer T2U Nano)
Issue description
- RPI3 onboard 2.4GHz can scan and connect
- The Wi-Fi 5G worked before. After upgrading to the latest version, it failed to scan any 5G SSIDs
- Wanna 5G Wi-Fi Connection since the audio streaming of larger DSD data does not work smooth using slower 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection
- Below is an animated GIF to show the scanning issue. First, the scanning result is empty. When scanning the second time, it shows “scanning for networks” forever.
Any suggestion to fine-tune the 5G Wi-Fi connection? May be any instruction ssh or connect to the Ropiee terminal to manually configure the Wi-Fi settings?
