Does Nucleaus standard model support internal 8TB SSD?

i got Sumsung SSD 870 QVO and installed to Nucleus.
From Nucleus web interface, it looks OK. it is formatted and visible as internal storage.
Then I want to move my music files from NAS to the internal SSD.
But the internal SSD is not visible from Windows Explorer (in Windows 10 Home nor Windows 11 Pro)
Am I missing anything?

When you say it is not visible - do you mean that entering \\Nucleus\ into Windows Explorer gives an error message?

Thanks for the update! @Geoff_Coupe poses my next question - how are you attempting to connect to the Nucleus from Windows Explorer? Can you please share a screenshot?

Can you confirm you’ve listed Roon as a proper exception in your Windows firewall?
