Hello,
I run roon on my MacBook pro, I had used it earlier today and everything was normal. 10 minutes ago I started to play a new album, it started and a couple of minutes later is said “Album deleted”… so I exited Roon and restarted it… out of 90+ albums I had I now only have 7, everything else got erased.
Please help.
In order for Roon’s @support team to better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup and the nature of the issue using this link as a guide.
Are your albums stored locally, and if so, where? Or are these albums Tidal and/or Qobuz Favorites that have been added to your library?
Are they Qobuz by any chance? Several of us are suffering from this issue
If they are Qobuz albums, then this is a known issue. The fix has been implemented, but apparently it will take a few days to roll out from Qobuz. See here:
