Trying to stream 93XRT. The message I get is that “This stream is unavailable in your country”. I am in the USA and this is a USA only station. Any suggestions on how to correct this and stream this station?
Strange, Roon won’t show the station if you are not in the US as both streams are marked US only.
Roon uses
https://geoip.roonlabs.net/geoip/1/lookup
to get your location so you can check if everything ok there.
Are you using the database version of 93XRT?
I am in the UK so cannot properly test, but using a US based roon stream checker , everything seems ok.
Can other US based users check?
Thinking further, I wonder if you originally added the database version to your my live radio. But now your geo-location is being reported as non US… That would explain why you can still see the station, but cannot play it.
So are you running a VPN somewhere?
No VPN.
The Roon Core is running on a QNAP NAS.
https://geoip.roonlabs.net/geoip/1/lookup reports my location correctly as USA.
Are you seeing these two streams?
Strange… earlier this afternoon, these streams were not available.
Now they are and the MP3 stream plays…
Not sure what happened or changed in the interval.
