Description of Issue

Morning All. Looking for next steps. Had my Roon turned off and unplugged while I was out of town. Came back and plugged in after 60 days. Roon Core is not showing on network.

Plugged in HDMI and I receive

A bootable device has not been detected on the monitor.

Updated Roon app on my Mac and phone. Disconnected power for 6 minutes and restarted. Same message on the monitor.

Iā€™m afraid that message on your monitor is a sign that the m.2 SSD in your Nucleus is failing. Did you purchase the Nucleus direct from Roon or from a dealer?

Thanks for responding. I brought it from the Roon site July 7th 2021.

Right, so someone from @support will respond to you here (after the weekend) and start the process of raising an RMA. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey @Deacon_Frost,

Thanks for taking the time to write in, and to @Geoff_Coupe for providing proper info here.

@Deacon_Frost please keep an eye out for a PM from me for next steps on getting an RMA started :+1:
