I tried installing the alarm clock extension but it appears to have some issues with my setup and wasn’t reliable enough. Instead I installed the Deep Harmony extension and while I don’t have much use of a Roon [Harmony] activity per se, I think 
, the side effect is that I can now have my Harmony Hub start Roon on a schedule. Voila; Christmas is saved
