AAC VBR is showing as 1kbps?

Hello everyone,

I rip some of my CDs with AAC 320 VBR. Roon shows me 1kbps for these albums, which is not correct.
Is this a bug?

6 years and no fix then. Hilarious.

Seems to be a long-standing bug. Iā€™m horrified, as I opted for an annual subscription

A simple solution would be the substitution 1kbps = VBR.

6 years since first reprted cant see them ever sorting it now, it will be way down the buglist.

Probably not, since AAC VBR is unlikely to be used that often, and this is a display issue, nothing more.

Nah, it just never gets anywhere near the top of the priority list.
