I just create the ROONALBUMTAG of “The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time by Rolling Stone (2022)” for this collection. Before move more albums into the library, I would like to know is there any way I can sort it by Rolling Stone list?
There’s no current way of sorting items in the Tag list in the Tag browser at present. However, filtering by using the Tag in the Album browser gives you the Focus, filtering and sorting options of the Album browser itself.

Geoff’s is a great idea. Another idea is to generate a playlist you can re-order. Go To Tracks, filter on the Tag, then add everything to a playlist. Once there, move the tracks around to your desired order.
OR
Give each album a separate Tag like “500.1”, “500.2”, etc. Once done then add those tags to the main 500 greatest albums, and they will be sorted in alphabet order of the tags.
Tags do not have the same focus options because not everything tagged is an album. Tag can mix different types under the same tag.
As you can see below, the Tag has 2 albums, 1 artist and 1 genre under the tag. And, you can go further and tag compositions, other tags, single tracks, etc etc.
I just added a composition to the tag
You will notice that it is adding the content alphabetically by TYPE. Albums first, then artist, then the newly added composition, then genre.
Single type content in a tag is also alphabetical. And, it follows the Name for Artist sorting rules found under General/Settings.
Playlist is not what I want. It will be a long long track lists not a beautiful album grid view.
About the sorting option in Album browser, I actually tried update the library after add one album by order each time. But looks like the “sort by day added” is not including the time added to library. As you can see, these albums was added by yesterday. If “sort by day added” including time then the first one should be “Marvin Gaye - 1971 - What’s Going On” then following the order I add to library.
I named the folders in order but for my finding, roon don’t has option for sorting by folder name.

Means naming the 500.x of ROONALBUMTAG for each album, then create main 500 greatest albums of tag. Add these 500.x to tag of main 500 greatest? Am I understanding right? So there are 500 tag in tag list and each tag just including one album?
Yes you understood right. In the top level tag, they will sort by the name of the tags you included. It is a whole lot of work, I will admit; but, I think would get you closest. Doesn’t hurt (or take that long) to try with a subset of 10 and see if produces what you want.
