I have the identical problem, but only on Qobuz. My own ripped CDs and booklets work fine. I have also tried using the Qobuz app and although the booklet shows as available, clicking on it produces no result, so I assume a software or permissions problem at Qobuz. Extremely irritating if you subscribed to Qobuz to replace your CD collection - it clearly isn’t a robust solution.
· The PDFs associated with Qobuz albums are giving an "access denied" message in the browser when they are opened. May be an issue at Qobuz's end, but it needs to be sorted, thank you.

· Fritz!Box 7530, Fritz!Box extenders, unmanaged switches and no VPN - but this is not where the problem lies.
This is happening with any Qobuz album that has a PDF associated with it.
And for clarity, here’s the first screenshot at full size (the Support system reproduces it in a miniscule version with no link to the fullsize original - guys, you could improve the system here…)
The problem seems to lie with Qobuz itself. I purchased some albums from Qobuz this morning and the pdf booklets will not download using the Qobuz Downloader app. Trying to download on a track by track basis through the browser gives Access Denied error for the pdfs (though the cover jpeg and music tracks will download OK). Also under Purchases in the Qobuz desktop app, the pdfs will not open. I’ve raised this with Qobuz.
The issue has also been mentioned in the “Official Qobuz Issues Thread“ on the Audiophile Style forum. The thread is informally monitored by Qobuz staff.
Me too. It has been for some days with trying to download booklets on Roon. I just tried on a newly purchased album and failed; check the Qobuz app and it also failed. I’ve written to Qobuz support.
It is clearly a Qobuz problem: these days, it is impossible to download the booklets of most of the albums purchased. All the booklets in the Roon library work perfectly. I wrote to Qobuz support but they did not reply.
Well its pretty clear that the Tech guys of Qobuz are not working in the weekend, and Monday isn’t either. They probably think the customers of Qobuz are good for their salaries. Why bother huh, it’s only missing a few PDF files. Les clients de Qobuz se plaignent trop et devraient être heureux que nous diffusions de la musique pour eux.
