· When I search for an artist, and click on Add a photo, it takes me to Valence, which says my credentials are correct but I have a trial subscription. I have a lifetime subscription. can you help me access Valence?

Thank you for the feedback. The changes that cause the issue have been rolled back. The login process should work flawlessly for now. Please check again and let us know if there are any ongoing issues.
I’m using MFA, and it’s still not working for me. After submitting the one-time passcode, I get the welcome screen to choose my Roon profile, I do so and then get returned to the login screen - and round and round I go…

Would you kindly try clearing the browser cache and cookies and give it another try?
Cleared cookies from two Roon Labs sites (roonlabs.net and valence.net - I think they were) and tried again.
Nope - same as before; going round in circles…
BTW, I just see onetime passwords for “Roon” in my authenticator, there’s not a separate entry for Valence - is this to be expected?
