For at least the seventh time this year I cannot access either and our installers cannot explain this. It seems to occur just after updates. I could not recommend this set up to anyone.
If by installers you mean the stereo shop that you bought the products from, it’s been my observation that stereo dealers have limited understanding of how Roon works.
If you want help, rather than just venting, open a thread in the Support section of the forum and fill out the form that is presented to you.
Use different installers who know what they are doing perhaps?
