Accessing Roon on Google Phone and Chromebook

Hello

I have followed all the instructions to accees Roon on my Google phone and Chromebook to no avail
i have tried by adding the IP still not working

I need support and guidance as I am not the only Andorid based user
When Roon will have an update released so we won’t have to struggle with this
