Hello @reginal.johnson1021,

Receiving an unexpected login alert can certainly be alarming! As Marin_Weigel correctly pointed out, this is very often just your Internet Service Provider (Verizon) routing your network connection through a data center located in a different city.

To be absolutely sure your account is secure, please take a moment to verify your recent activity:

1. Review Your Login Sessions

  • Log into your Roon account page on our website.
  • Navigate to the Login Sessions section.
  • Review the active sessions. If the devices and operating systems listed match the hardware you own, there is no need to worry—the alert was just triggered by your ISP’s IP address routing.

2. Update Your Password

If you check the Login Sessions and see a device or connection that you definitely do not recognize, it is best to err on the side of caution.

  • Please log out of that unfamiliar session and change your Roon account password immediately.
