Account accessible, but unable to access Roon music (ref#4004XA)

I can access my account page but not my Roon music

iMac connected with Ethernet cable directly to my router which is in turn connected via an Ethernet cable to my Naim streamer

Sometimes Roon becomes confused and thinks that your regular server is a new one. If you click the Unauthorize button, it will ask if you want to disconnect your license from the server it’s associated with. Say yes and it should show you a list of the servers it finds, which will probably be your regular one. Then you can reconnect to it.
