Have you tried logging out and back in again to your streaming service in Roon Settings?

· Logging out and back in had no impact, the issue remains

Do you have an approximate timestamp of when the issue last occurred?

· Having this issue all the time

What are the make and model of the affected audio device(s) and the connection type?

· Wifi to connect . I think my acc is hacked or corrupted

Describe the issue

The account seems corrupted. Music hangs . There is also some digital noise and music played for 1 min and fades away and when another user acc is log in my files appears in his acc .

Wether it’s my home or at other pl the same issue happens

Can you please clarify at which app do you face this issue?

Since you are saying it also happens at other people place we assume you are talking about Roon ARC ?

Also, would it be possible for you to record a video of the problem and share a link (on Google drive f. i.) with us ? Would be nice if you could share a time stamp (time & day when it happens) with us too.
