Thank you for your post. Our diagnostic servers indicate you might have logged in successfully since you created this thread, but just in case, here are a few suggestions for troubleshooting.

Most login issues affecting single-sign-on result from content blockers in your browser - these prevent Roon from successfully re-directing the URL from the login page. Try disabling adblockers in your browser settings.

Can you successfully log in to Roon via our accounts page? If so, then this might suggest a local firewall is interfering with RoonServer itself. Try adding RoonServer and RoonAppliance as an exception to your MacOS firewall or Windows Defender firewall as relevant.
