Description Of Issue

As by coincidence (today 04 Sep is my yearly subscription renewal date…) i am no longer able to logon to Roon any more…
After launching the app (be it from my windows laptop or my android phone), the system is asking me for a login (email/pass)… when i fill it, it replies me that i seem already to have a installed core (which is true of course), and that i need to press back, where my installed core is indeed displayed… while pushing the connect button, it just cycles again into that same process (login screen etc…)
Please advise

If you press the Unauthorize option here it should allow you to move forward like normal. Sorry for the trouble!
