The UI could benefit from having a play button on album thumbnails I think. Looking at other platforms it’s very common for new music lists and personal libraries, to allow a quicker play rather than requiring a click through to get to a play button.

Great idea. Bandcamp does this. I was thinking this same thing going through an artist new to me 90 albums last night, esp as now if one goes to play an album, going back to their discography always took me back to the top instead of the place where I was at down the list. Very annoying.

Agree, now I always use a right click and the play in the top bar.
I like this idea too. I’m on a Roon ‘holiday’ while I revaluate things and have been using Qobuz and LMS natively. Both of them have this functionality.
One of the most frustrating things that has crept into 1.8 is that it now takes more clicks to do essentially the same things compared to 1.7.
