Today I discovered a really severe shortcoming in the information given for a composition such as a classical or opera: The lyricist/ librettist is not shown, unless he/she is accidentally named in the write-up, but there is no designated field.
(adding another Composer to the Composition is not a solution because then there would be no way to identify who wrote the music and who the lyrics)
And so I can’t add this information myself either. Great pity.
Could you at least add an extra field for Composition, and then perhaps persuade the people at TiVo that they fill this field for all sung music?
I agree totally. And include the lyrics there as well. Anything belonging to a composition should be stored with the composition and then made available anywhere in Roon when composition shown
