Add track to playlist not refreshing

Someone asked this question in December, it was reproduced in house and said to be working on, it is now two months later and I still have the problem that a track added to a playlist does not show up immediately. Any progress on this?

Thanks for letting me know. I guess it is not so easy to solve. Don’t you hate it when programs evolve negatively?
