Adding iTunes music to my library [Resolved]

ITunes is in my Music folder, wich was added to the Storage Location. However? I do not find any ITunes music in my library ?

Hi @Luc_Bonte ----- Thank you for the report and sharing your feedback with us. My apologies for the slow response here.

Moving forward, to help aide in my understanding of this behavior you are reporting with your iTunes content may I kindly ask you to please provide the following information:

  • A brief but accurate description of your current setup.

  • Have you verified that none of the media has ended up in “skipped files” (Path: “settings” - > “library” -> “skipped files”)? More information on why some files may not import into Roon can be found here in our knowledge base.

  • Please provide a screenshot of the “Storage” tab in the application.

I have solved the problem. After experimenting moving the iTunes library back and forth, all of a sudden the music appeared in my library.

Must have done something wrong previously.
