Description of Issue

I tried loading a new Tidal album–Puccini Il Trittico–it has 63 tracks. The message after Adding music to library: Of 63 tracks, 21 added, 21 identified
It appears stuck for several hours at this point and might make adding more albums impossible.

My apologies for the delay in responding.

Can you give an update on the issue? Is it still occurring? If so, can you please give me a date/time stamp for the occurrence so I can look at diagnostics logging for us?

I finally closed down Tidal and Rebooted. The problem got fixed and has not recurred although I now know how to deal with it if it does recur. It seems that the Tidal app occasionally times out and stops further loading.
