Adding Tidal releases stops working after a few successful additions

Description of Issue

I’m having a problem when adding Tidal releases to my library. I can only add 2 or 3 at a time before Roon will just hang the with spinning icon in the + icon and in the top bar next to the bookmark icon. I have to restart Roon to make the spinning icon stop.

I’ve had to start adding releases in Tidal and then sync the libraries afterwards but this is a an unwanted extra step in the Roon experience.

Is there anything I can do to make adding Tidal releases better?

My apologies for the delayed response. We appreciate your patience.

This can be an interesting thing to track down. I know that we have seen delays in syncing new releases from Tidal but in those cases, the users never see the new tracks to add.

Can you try your best to duplicate the situation? I will need a date/time and the attempted added tracks so I can dig through diagnostics logging and look for errors.

Actually, it’s been pretty good recently, It’s barely happened.

It may have been an outage on their side or even a temporary occurring network hindrance. If the issue comes back, please let me know!
