After a reinstall of Roon remote, albums are shown in artist alphabetical but « various artists » are mingled in throughout in their title alphabetically. How to change this?

whenever I try to use Roon radio live, I receive the message « play was interrupted because a track failed to load

Your thread title hints at something significantly different to the content?
A mixup on your part maybe?

Thanks Back Jack, that’s sorted it

Hi the Hammer

Thanks for your reply, yes I have tried to post about two problems that I had and somehow merged them.
The “various artists” problem that I had was easily solved by BlackJack but I am still looking for advice on the non playing of Roon radio stations. Whenever I try to listen to any station, I get the message that radio has stopped because a track failed to load

Sounds like your Roon Core is missing codecs:

So how do I add a codec? Roon radio worked perfectly well until recently and I have never added a codec, wouldn’t know how to !

Oh ok, just read .the link, thanks I’ll give it a go

Question is what feature is it that gives you trouble?

“Stations” are part of the Live Radio feature I think which is not the same as Roon’s Radio.

For Live Radio it’s often missing codecs. For Radio and if you have streaming services (Tidal and/or Qobuz) enabled it’s most likely network related.
