After backup restoration, Mytek is inactive in Roon

I am a novice just started using Nucleus+ and Mytek Dac.
My network topology is that
Windows 10 as a remote is connected to Router - Switching Hub - Mytek Dac - Nucleus+ (as a core). Mytek and Nucleus+ are connected through USB cable.

Recent changes are
I made a backup to Dropbox and also did it to Internal Storage (SSD in Nucleus+)
And I applied Linear Power Supply (12V/5A) to Mytek Dac instead of AC power cord.
Yesterday, just for my test purpose and curiosity, I erased the backup in Dropbox. And I restored the backup from Internal Storage.

Now I see that no audio device found when I play Roon though I see inactive Mytek in the Roon menu. Even if I click Mytek as a device, I can’t click it.
Only solution at the moment is that I can see Mytek as an active audio device when I restart (power on/off ) the Nucleus+.
But when closed Roon and played again it , I see the same (no device found although I see inactive Mytek in the menu)

How do I fix this problem ? Is it due to some kind of mess-up during backup and restoring ?

And does unknown spec of linear power supply affect the power on Mytek ?
Do I need to check the stability of power by using originally provided AC power cord from the Mytek…?

Simplest solution is just to reinstall OS and formatting of internal storage …?

Or is it a known bug after 1.8 upgade…?

Thanks for your help in advance.

You should never backup to internal storage as the backup. You must backup to storage locations which are not watched as music locations. You should add an external USB drive for the backup.

Thanks for the tip Daniel.

I did formatting on the SSD of Nucleus+ and reinstalled OS .

Then, now I see active Mytek Brooklyn Dac+ in Network path. System works properly at the moment.
However, I will keep monitoring how the recently purchased Linear Power Supply from Ali Express functions stably. (as the spec is handwritten as 12V /5A).
