Description of Issue

After the last update the play button on my Samsung S23 is unresponsive. I need to re launch the app to work again.

Thank you for the report and for your patience. We have a few clarifying questions, at your convenience:

First off, do you experience any popup errors, loading states, or messages from the OS when this occurs?

Is this problem only with a specific page, like Genres?

Does this issue happen regardless of the selected Zone?

Does this occur with streaming content (Qobuz, Tidal, KKBOX), as well as local content?

Also, are you able to reproduce the problem in ARC, or is it specific to Roon Remote?

  2. Playing now page
  3. I have one zone only
  4. Using Qubuz
  5. I don’t use Arc

When using Android remote on Samsung S23 , when I go to other app, then I return to the remote
It doesn’t work. I have to reboot the app.
