Welcome to the forum. I am not seeing any Nucleus one tied to your account at the moment, even as a networked audio zone. It sounds like the Nucleus might not have been turned on/logged onto yet? Have you been able to follow the manual to connect it and power the unit on? If there’s any specific errors you’re seeing, please do share some screenshots as this would greatly help, thanks!
