Description Of Issue
3 days ago i made update but after 24 hours roon stoped working. Than i uninstall/install roon once again and same thing. 1.7 is working.
please i need help!
Is it related to the Windows update, maybe reinstalling driverst may help
Yes but Windows applies what it thinks is your best driver, try installing the one from the manufacturer, especially Graphics
The last 2 windows updates seem to have caused some issues
Yes your Windows PC, the GPU is used by Roon I believe, graphics drivers often cause issues, search this forum
it’s worth a try , do you have a separate graphics card?
I would also check that CPU agains Roons minimum requirement, Celeron are not normally used
i have all in one… Intel HD Graphics…
Me too, Then goto Intel and reinstall, it can’t hurt
i did go to graphic settings and use update drivers…
i will restart and will see…
no luck…what can i do next?
I think involve @support now, they can run diagnostics
Mike thank you.
do you maybe know if i can get my playlists? lost them all…
What did you do , was it the reboot
Nothe sure about play lists, I don’t really use them. Search the forum , 1.8 seems to have an issue with play lists
yes reboot…will check. thx again…

Hello @Andrej_Moravec ,
Happy to hear that the graphics card update helped here!
What kind of playlists were these, did you create them in Roon?
Do you have any Backups of your previous Roon database?
