Did you check in Roon remote the Einstellungen > Roon ARC section, testing if Roon server can open a port and is securely accessible by ARC? Should look like this:
Ofentimes after major updates, I have noticed some settings changed, so had to set up port forwarding and initial ARC connection from scratch, including removing and installing ARC on the smartphone.
Sure, first thing I’ll do after an update.
Local albums are playing fine, but Qobuz albums not through ARC.

This looks like the known ARC issue. This can be intermittent, so it might look as if it’s new after the 2.65 update, but most likely it’s not. It also affects different users differently.
Thanks, had this never before and so it makes sense to close here, because it seems independend from the current update.
