Description Of Issue
After upgrade can’t see NAS folders anymore though Sonos can access it … network can access it. all my settings are still there, my paths … but no matter how I try and re-add the path it doesn’t “see” the NAS.

This happened only after the upgrade, was fine before.

Hi @Mark_Laufer,

Can you describe your Core machine?

Since experiencing this issue have you tried rebooting your Core and the NAS?

I’ve rebooted the Core (Nucleus) and the NAS. It simply won’t take the network address …

It tells me it can’t find it. But I know it’s there.

A screenshot of your Roon storage setting would probably be useful as well. I had a similar problem in the past (not with a Nucleus though), and had to change my settings as below:

From \DiskStation\music to \Diskstation.local\music (substitute Diskstation with whatever name or IP address you need)

Hi @Mark_Laufer,

Has the IP address of the NAS changed?

Can you share a screenshot of the path that you’re entering into Roon?

Hi @Mark_Laufer,

Does smb://DS918SEA/music work?

If not, can you try entering that path in Finder on the Mac? Does that connect?
