Description Of Issue

Worked perfectly for nearly two years. Since the update there are several issues. The refresh of the ipad remote takes about 10 seconds and in many cases there is a lost connection. Before it maybe took 2 seconds and connection was never lost. Firewall is offline to make sure there are no fw issues.

When streaming from Qobuz or Tidal the Acourate Convolver Remote app shuts down and playback stops.

Connection to Tidal and Qobuz fails from time to time. Then the message appears that login to Tidal or Qobuz was not possible and the login dialogs appear that force me to enter my data again.

The only change i made to my former perfectly working system was the update of roon that was suggested to me in ipad roon remote.

Try rebooting the computer sometimes that clears things up

Hi @Jan_Stroeher,

I would try a reinstall of the Roon iPad app to see if it helps with the connection issues.

Do you get any error messages when this occurs? Is it the same error as the TIDAL/Qobuz connection failing?

I would also reboot the Core, iPad and networking gear to see if that helps.
