Hello to everybody! I just upgraded HQPlayer and I noticed that now it doesn’t start, at least, it starts once in a blue moon. Forgive me if I am using this forum for an issue totally unrelated to roon, but I know there are a lot of people who use it here so I thought some good soul could help me

I am new to using HQPlayer and I apologize if I am staying the obvious here.
I don’t know if you are sing a PC or a Mac.
I had no problem installing the update over my existing Mac application, but they did mention that on a PC, it would be necessary to uninstall the program first or it could lead to ‘errors’.

Thank you for your kind reply I’ve just uninstalled it, removed any keys from registry, deleted existing files and reinstalled, now works
