Again, ARC deleted all my downloaded. I'm very tired

Happen again. This is the third time that due a phantom cases all music from my iPhone has been deleted (500 GB of music downloaded).
Reasons? Maybe the developers should know and/or are working on this problem.
I understand that the real life problem is not ARC music lost, but discovering that all the music is not present anymore in your iPhone, especially after shooting down the Roon server at home, it is a good reason to move ARC in the wastebasket.
What I have to do now? Using just my Qobuz subscription and or accessing to a copy of my music on DropBox using other FLAC player and restarting download my 500 GB music, hours and hours, when I come back at home. Is this the solution?

Hi @Claudio_Ferroni,

When was the last time you synced ARC to RoonServer on your home WiFi before this most recent deletion of downloads occurs?

Diagnostic logging indicates that ARC’s session had expired, a condition that generally arises after several consecutive days or weeks in Offline mode.

Your description indicates that you’re shutting down RoonServer when you leave the home to use ARC. Do you rely entirely on Offline mode in your daily use with ARC?
