We need a couple of Airplay 2-compatible endpoints to interface to existing amp/speaker combinations in a couple of rooms to support Roon and non-Roon streaming (primarily Spotify).
I’ve looked at Apple’s list of Airplay 2-compliant products, but overwhelmingly they appear to be integrated amplified speaker devices. The only thing we’ve seen so far that appears to fit our need is Bluesound Node 2i.
Can anyone suggest anything else we should look at? We want to keep the existing traditional amp/speaker combinations, so integrated products aren’t something we’re considering.
