I’m having an issue with missing album art which seems to affect mainly albums I am streaming from Qobuz, not albums on my hard drive.
Roon is displaying the attached notification.
I have tried reinstalling the Roon software, re-booting my router/modem and laptop but nothing seems to work. I am using an Apple MacBook as a core and my files are stored on an external hard drive.
This means your server isn’t in contact with Roons metadata servers. This can be fixed by a reboot of your server and network gear. However there is an issue with Roons servers at moment so may also be tied to that. Try the reboot and see if it helps.
