· Music won’t play or issues with my library
· Streaming tracks greyed out or unavailable
· The pictures for albums and artists won't show up. Also, a music track will only play for 15 secs and then jump to the next track.

The two symptoms you’re seeing can point to separate causes, so we should check playback and library data together.
The missing album and artist images usually come from metadata access or library indexing, so please try a simple refresh on one affected album and tell us whether the art returns there or stays blank.
Since this is happening alongside short playback, I’d also like to know which zone or endpoint is affected, whether it is local files or a streaming service, and how your Roon Server is connected to the Telus router, wired or Wi-Fi.
