Album available in Tidal app but NOT via Roon

I try to play the album via Roon and it says "track not available in Tidal, too many failures, stopping playback. Yet I can play it on my phone and the desktop app.

Is this happening with all albums or one specific album? If it’s one specific album can you share a screenshot of this album in Roon?

I noticed with one specific album, The Lion King: The Gift. However upon trying to get a screen shot this morning, it played fine.
