Album can't be added to Roon

Just wanted to see if anyone has any ideas as to why an .mp3 file that I own cannot be added to Roon.

Rasco - The Dick Swanson Theory. Album can be added to iTunes and plays without issues. When I add it to my Roon folder, nothing happens. Any troubleshooting ideas?
