I’ve upgarde Roon to build 390 and have to say that I’m very happy with the new “now playing” implementation (even though the learning curve)

But starting with the update to build 390 my iPad shows larger cover images as I was used to. When going Genres -> View All Albums I used to see 21 albums/covers instead of the current 8 albums/covers. Is there a way to show the smaller albums/covers again?

I don’t have an iPad, but I think there should be a “Allow for more covers and photos?” setting on the Settings/General page - are you not seeing this?

On my 9,7 inch iPad the „Allow more covers and photos“ toggle behaves kind of odd to me.

Setting the toggle to „no“, I get a

  • 2x4 grid (2x5 with active focus) for Album view
  • 2x3 grid for Artist view (2x3 with active focus)
  • 2x4 grid for Composer view (2x4 with active focus)
  • 1x4 grid in Tag view (tag opened, not the overview)

Setting it to „yes“, I get a

  • 3x7 grid for Album view (2x4 with active focus)
  • 2x4 grid for Artist view (2x4 with active focus)
  • 3x4 grid for Composer view (3x4 with active focus)
  • 2x6 grid in Tag view (tag opened, not the overview)
